The bungalow provides attractive and comfortable accommodation of a
high standard whilst retaining its original character.
Trearth is situated in
the hamlet of Trehemborne on the lane leading down to the sea at
Treyarnon Bay. It overlooks fields to two sides with a glimpse
from the garden of the sea a mile away. It has a good sized totally
enclosed garden and is ideally situated for a restful holiday with
beaches, local shops, spectacular walks and the
Eden Project all within
easy striking distance.
The nearest beach is
Treyarnon Bay, 1 mile away. Other popular local beaches include Harlyn
Bay, Constantine Bay and Trevone. Trevose Golf Club is 1.5 miles away,
Padstow 5 miles, and Newquay 10 miles.
ACCOMMODATION:
Access to the south-facing Porch is gained through a sliding
patio entrance door. The Porch is just big
enough for a chair so you can sit in the sun on chilly days.
The
Hallway gives access to all main rooms.
The Sitting room has one 4 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, colour TV,
DVD player and a BT broadband connection. The front
bay window has views over the countryside.
The Kitchen has a range of new fitted units, electric cooker,
microwave, washer/drier, dishwasher, ’fridge (large)/freezer, coffee
maker, food processor and radio.
The
Dining Room has a dining table with 6 chairs, chest of
drawers, Rayburn (not currently in use).
Door to Lobby: coat hooks, door to garden and W.C.
W.C:
basin, W.C. and shaver point.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside
tables with bedside lights, large built-in wardrobe and chest of
drawers. The front bay window with seat overlooks the
countryside.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds (3'), bedside tables with bedside

tap/hose for wet suits.
GARDEN & PARKING:
The enclosed garden
comprises front and rear gardens, enclosed by a five bar gate.
The front garden has a small lawn bounded by walls on each side and a Cornish
hedge on the front boundary. The rear garden, overlooking the
countryside and with a sea view, has a large lawned area with shrubs.
A picnic table and garden furniture are also provided.
The driveway has room for 2 to 3 cars,
and the garage is also available.

Changeover: Friday in at
3 p.m. and out at 10 a.m.
Restrictions: No smoking and no pets, please.
Electricity and oil: Both are included in the rent.
Heating: Oil fired central heating and hot
water. Heated towel rail in the bathroom. Telephone: Incoming calls and
